1. Eligibility and Use of Site

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required. Use of this Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive for accuracy in all product listings. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free or up to date. Availability and pricing may change at any time without notice.

3. Orders, Payment & Stripe Processing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.

• We do not store your payment information.
• We may cancel orders for fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed in 1–5 business days. Shipping timelines vary by location. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or external factors.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.

5. Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Exceptions apply for the Rave Scout® Candle Collection:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Incorrect item received

Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to support@ravescout.club.

6. Product Disclaimer – Candles and Flame-Based Items

• Do not leave burning candles unattended.
• Keep away from flammable objects, pets, and children.
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before use.
• Burn only on heat-resistant, stable surfaces.
• Limit burning to 4 hours at a time.
• Do not touch or move hot candles.

We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss due to improper candle use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of Rave Scout Cookies® and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rave Scout Cookies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injuries or losses related to product use or Site access.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, U.S.A. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within New Mexico.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
